Time to Take a Stand

always brings with it some disruption, but even so, many improvements have
been and are being made. Let me cite some of them: ·
The CRS
membership has steadily increased over the past year. ·
Two directors from outside of · The CRS regional directorships, across the country, are showing progress thus far. This effort is continuing. · We are concentrating on increasing the CRS’s effectiveness as a national organization, whose purpose is to share information and to assist rosarians and local rose societies with all the resources of the society. · We are working on an effective national education program. · The CRS publications have increased in number and send-outs over the past year, and feedback has been positive. · The CRS Jubilee Convention next year promises to be a great success. Plans are proceeding well. ·
And we are concentrating on an effective
infrastructure across the country that will enhance the Canadian rose scene
and allow rosarians to work together in a synergistic mode, using the many
resources of the CRS and the expertise of its officers and members, all of
which is available to rosarians throughout
